These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your interactions with KnowbilityTech AI and our client engagements. By requesting services, using this website, or entering an agreement with us, you agree to the Terms below.
1) Scope of engagement
Our deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable statement of work, proposal, or contract. Any work not explicitly described is outside scope unless agreed in writing.
2) Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential. If you provide sensitive data, we will use it only to perform the agreed services, subject to the confidentiality terms in your agreement.
3) Deliverables & acceptance
Deliverables may be reviewed based on agreed acceptance criteria. If acceptance criteria are not met, we work with you on a remediation plan aligned with scope.
4) Fees & payment
Fees are due according to the payment terms in the applicable agreement. Late payments may result in suspended work until the account is brought current.
5) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing here limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
